Cast Iron Lofts is latest project from City Homes and Gardens

Cast Iron Lofts is the jewel in the crown of an extensive portfolio of high end residential housing units that the developers at City Homes and Gardens are building.
This innovative project is comprised of 155 loft residences for rental, along with retail, and an on-site restaurant. As in the past, founder Sanford Weiss has maintained an unwavering commitment to quality and innovative design.
All the units are spacious lofts with 10 ft. ceilings, signature exposed ductwork, high end finishes including stainless steel and granite, hardwood floors and oversized windows. Most units have expansive New York skyline views and the rest have sunset views.
