Funeral services were held Oct. 4 for Carlo Catania, 77, of Jersey City. He passed away Oct. 2. He was a lifelong resident of Jersey City and was a Maitre d’ at the Doubles Club in New York City for many years before retiring. Carlo was also a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was the brother of Gloria Mueller, Ann Oppici and husband John and Anthony Catania and wife Nancy. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
