A private funeral service has been held for Michael J. Burke, 62. He passed away Aug. 14. Michael was born in Jersey City, the son of the late Jersey City Fire Chief, Michael J. Burke and Loretta (Higgins) Burke. He has been a 25 year resident of Schenectady. He is survived by his sister Maureen and brother in law Jerome Killeen of Mill Rift, Pa.
