A funeral mass took place Aug. 23 at Our Lady of Fatima Church, North Bergen, for Carol Simon, 90, of North Bergen. She passed away Aug. 18 at her home. She was a retired cafeteria worker for Duro Test in North Bergen. She was the wife of the late Stephen Simon Sr.; mother of Stephen Simon Jr. and his wife Karen and Linda Picinic and her husband Matthew; sister of Anthony P. Vainieri Sr. and the late Isabella DiDonato; grandmother of Steven, Jason, Anthony and Lynda and great grandmother of five great grandchildren. Services arranged by the Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen.
