A funeral service was held Aug. 17 for Malcolm ‘Curt’ Brookshire, 85, a lifelong resident of Secaucus. He passed away Aug. 15. He was the husband of Barbara Brookshire; father of Curtis Brookshire, Fred Yahn, Patricia Shay, Thomas Yahn and Raymond Brookshire; grandfather of 12 grandchildren; and brother of Clay Brookshire and Margaret Land. Curt was predeceased by one grandson Andrew Yahn. Curt served his country in the United States Navy. He was a Traveling Operator for PSEG. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
