A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Aug. 8 at St. Joseph’s Church for Gloria Bayoran,86. She passed away Aug. 1 in Tampa, Fla. Affectionately known to many as Aling Gloria, she and her late husband Pat Bayoran were very active members of the Filipino community and organizations in Jersey City in the 1980s and 1990s. Gloria is the wife of the late Patricio Bayoran, who passed away in 2004. She is survived by her five children; Tita, Bing, Nenet, Boots and Betsy; three grandchildren; two sisters; several in laws and many friends. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
