A memorial service was held Aug. 7 for Frances A. Balkenende, 69, of Secaucus. She was the wife of the late William Balkenende; sister of Angela Krieger, Mario Tattoli, Rose McCullough, Anna Mannino, Mary Kennell and Carl Tattoli. She is predeceased by her parents, Corrado and Francesca Tattoli; and her sister Lena Siple; her brother Frank Tattoli; her brother Sam Tattoli; and her brother Nicholas Tattoli. She is survived by many family members and friends. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
