RECAP: ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Season 4, Episode 12: On display, on display, on display…

It’s time for another recap of the series that makes you feel like a genius if you compare yourselves to the entire cast put together — the ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey,’ starring Hoboken residents Chris Manzo, Albie Manzo, and Greg.

On display…

On this episode, everyone was on stage. Melissa Gorga sang one of her songs at Beatstock in New York. Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia danced at the same place (my, what a coincidence). Kathy Wakile was trying to entice some poor ice cream shop schmo to offer tastings of her desserts.
And again we got a shot of…
‘Shirtless Joe’ Giudice.
MAKE IT STOP!! PLEASE! PLEASE!!
Now then.
Hoboken residents Chris Manzo, Albie Manzo, and Greg, who live at 333 River St. in our coverage area, drove down to Washington, D.C. to show off their Black Water at the fancy food show. They stressed how important this venture was, because they invested their savings in this. Hmmm, was this wise? It’s black water, not black gold. Greg got to meet Patti LaBelle and offer her water. He also admired her shoes. Chris tagged along after Greg so he could watch him “queen out.” Love it.
Meanwhile, Joe Gorga kept putting the moves on his wife Melissa, repeatedly trying to entice her into sex. By the pool, he hid his…”excitement” from the kids. These two get more classy by the week. The fact that they are making us like Teresa doesn’t say much.
Caroline Manzo and Kathy Wakile again competed for the honor of most holier than thou, while making subtle digs. Some of those digs are in the previews for upcoming episodes.
They’re all preparing for their road trip through Napa. Andy Cohen must be licking his chops.
Finally, Bravo aired one of those commercials in which all of the reality stars are superimposed into a scene, in this case, a pool. Never have so many non-celebrities come together since ABC’s “Battle of the Network Stars.”
That’s about all. Stay tuned for more next week. And for more about Hoboken and the rest of Hudson County, New Jersey, read the Hudson Reporter chain of newspapers. Albie and Chris do! Or at least, they walk past a pile of them in the morning!
