Funeral mass took place July 11 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church for Manuel Muniz, 95, of Jersey City. He passed away July 8. Manuel was born in La Coruna, Spain and has lived in Jersey City for over 40 years. He was the husband of the late Flora Muniz; father of Maria Flor Muniz and husband Fernando Diez, Maria Cuna and husband Carlos, Jesus Muniz and wife Maria, Abelardo Muniz and wife Angela, Jose Muniz and wife Soraida, grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 12.
