A funeral mass was held June 26 at St. Vincent de Paul RC Church, Bayonne for Anthony V. Coniglario, 79. He passed away peacefully on June 21 at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark. Anthony was born in Brooklyn, and was residing in Jersey City. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, 1949-1953. He worked for the American Can Company in Brooklyn, until closing, then went on to work as a self-employed painter for Walter Raido Painting Company in Jersey City. He was the husband for 57 years of Mary Ann; father of Joann Raido and her husband Edward, John Coniglario and his wife Susan; grandfather of Elizabeth Raido, George Raido and his wife Katie, Jennifer Raido and Fox Coniglario; brother-in-law of Barbara Podgorski and Carol Healey and her husband Richard; uncle of many nieces and nephews.
