HEART SAFE

As part of National EMS week during May, Jersey City’s City Hall became the city’s first “heart safe” building. To make the building “heart safe,” the Jersey City Medical Center EMS department donated three automated external defibrillators (AEDs). In addition, they taught a heart saver/AED class to staff members at City Hall.
