HOBOKEN – After its grand opening day on May 12, the Windmill is now open at 79 Hudson Street. Co-owners Timothy Cochrane and Roger Corrado celebrated the official day with free hotdogs and champagne and hosted a number of local celebrities. Actor Alex Corrado (left) holds the ribbon while Mayor Dawn Zimmer (second from right) makes the ceremonious cut. Other celebrities such as Artie Lange and Danny Aiello joined in the festivities.
