GIVING BACK – James Alvarez recently joined RE/MAX Gold Coast Realty in Hoboken as a sales associate. He specializes in listing and selling properties, as well as investment properties and rentals. He serves Hudson County, including Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, West New York, Edgewater, North Bergen, and Union City, and Bergen County. A resident of Jersey City, Alvarez has worked in real estate for over seven years. He recently received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award 2010 Bronze. He is an active member of the community and is involved with the Children’s Miracle Network, Environmental Awareness, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
