HOBOKEN — Two police officers were promoted in ceremonies in Hoboken on Wednesday.
Police Sergeant John T. Orrico was promoted to the rank of Police Lieutenant and Police Officer Steven Aguiar was promoted to the rank of Police Sergeant at a ceremony in City Hall.
