JERSEY CITY — A Jersey City man was shot and killed in the lobby of an apartment on Ocean
Avenue Saturday morning, according to published reports. The man, who
reportedly lived on Myrtle Avenue, was walking past the building at around
2:30 a.m. when he was approached by someone with whom he had a brief conversation. The man, 21, was shot and killed moments later in the lobby of 595 Ocean Ave.
The victim was shot with more than one weapon, according to reports.
At present, there is no motive for the murder and no suspects have been identified.
