HOBOKEN AND BEYOND — Carlo’s Bakery, home of the famous Cake Boss show on TLC, was scheduled to present a “victory cake” for the Giants when they returned to MetLife Stadium following a parade in lower Manhattan on Tuesday afternoon.
The Giants defeated the New England Patriots 21-17 on Sunday night to capture the fourth Super Bowl victory in franchise history.
Hoboken resident Eli Manning won the Most Valuable Player award for his efforts in the game.
