A funeral mass took place Jan. 13 at Holy Rosary Church, Jersey City, for Carmine A. Orrico, 70. He passed away Jan. 9. Born in Jersey City, he was a lifelong resident. He retired in 1998 as a forklift operator, shortly afterwards he worked in Pecoraro’s Bakery on Newark Avenue selling fresh baked breads. He enjoyed sitting behind the counter and chatting with the neighborhood residents. He was predeceased by his wife Gloria (nee: Kardell) and his son Raymond Orrico. He is the father of James Orrico and his wife Camille, Frank Orrico and his companion Patricia; grandfather of Angelina, Robin, Dominic, Michael, Raymond and Justin; and brother of Tina Lambiase, Barbara Catarella and Rose Jane Orrico.
