A funeral service was held Jan. 14 for Anna Meier, 83, a lifelong resident of Hoboken. She passed away Jan. 11 at Hoboken University Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Wolfgang Meier; mother of William Meier and his wife Lori and Robert R. Meier and his wife Lisa; sister of Michael Valentino and Angie Huelbig; grandmother of Kati, William Jr., Ryan, Zachary, Grant, and Olivia Meier; and great grandmother of Rebecca Ryan Garcia. Anna was a homemaker and an aide at The Mustard Seed School in Hoboken, retiring ten years ago. Services arranged by the Lawton Turso Funeral Home, Hoboken.
