UNION CITY AND BEYOND — A man was found dead Thursday night in the basement of a building in Union City that suffered an eight-alarm fire last week.
According to reports, Evaristo Guerra-Buxadera, 55, who as visiting from West New York, was found in the basement. His driver’s license was found nearby.
The fire damaged five buildings on Wednesday evening.
