Funeral mass was offered Dec. 30 at Holy Family Church, Union City, for Margarita Gonzalez. She was born in Morovi, Puerto Rico, oldest child of seven, and moved to New York City in 1949, then moved to Jersey City, in 1971, recently residing in Union City since 1991. She was the mother of Leida H. Valentin, Rosemary, Providencia, Ana Delia, Louis, Danny, Angelo, Robert, Johnny and Milton Pacheco; of her deceased children Margarita, Raymond, Miguel and Janet Pacheco; and is survived by the father of children, Valentin Pacheco; surviving siblings, Ana Delia Rodriguez and Victor M. Gonzalez; grandmother of 24 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; surviving niece Providencia Rodriguez and nephews; and many friends. She was a member of the Legion of Mary of Holy Family Church since 1991 and also a member of Los Cursillos de Cristiandad, and a member of Senaculo Misionero de Cristo Rey.
