Dear Editor:
I am fed up with excuses from Mayor Zimmer and Director Sacs about parking in the City of Hoboken.
Only weeks removed from a Fox 5 investigative report that demonstrated the deceptive practices of the Parking Authority, Mayor Zimmer and her Director are forcefully defending their stewardship of parking in this City? How much more out of touch does it get?
Best of all, Director Sacs frequently discusses lowering the “propensity to own a car.” Someone should remind Mr. Sacs about the word parking in his job title, since some of us need our cars to get to our jobs. Parking is a serious problem and I didn’t read a single proposed solution from the Zimmer Administration.
