Phyllis Bixon, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced the Jersey City Downtown office was recognized for outstanding performance in October. The office led the region for new home dollar volume and the company for new home sales. The region is comprised of offices throughout Hudson, Passaic and Bergen counties in New Jersey and portions of Connecticut.
In addition, Weichert, Realtors, announced Sales Associate Desreane Daniels was individually recognized for her exceptional industry success during the month of October. Daniels led the region in resale listings.
