Dear Editor:
Once again, the recent Nov. 8 election results illustrate the ineffective leadership of the Hudson County Republican Organization. As a Republican and former congressional candidate, I am extremely disappointed. As usual our leadership was a no-show. For fifteen years we have experienced the decimation of our party in Hudson County. It is painfully obvious to me that this “in name only” leadership desperately needs to be replaced. We need Republican leaders who are organized, enthusiastic and who have already demonstrated the ability and willingness to work hard to grow the party in spite of opposition numbers.
Our party should no longer sit back and accept the status quo.
I say it’s time for a makeover!
