Funeral services took place Oct. 28 at Claremont Lafayette United Presbyterian Church, Jersey City, for Fannie Emma Roberts, 95, formerly of Jersey City. She passed away Oct. 17 in California. A retired home economics teacher for the Jersey City school district, she was a member of Claremont Lafayette United Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Roberts was predeceased by her husband, Booker Roberts. Surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Services arranged by the G.G. Woody Funeral Home, Roselle.
