310 Hudson Street Gallery in Hoboken will host an exhibition of paintings by Stan Lindwasser and photographs by Mike Lindwasser on November 5 and 6 entitled “Generations”. The show features Stan Lindwasser’s use of color and line in paintings with acrylic on canvas to create abstract images invoking landscapes and other phenomenon in nature. Mike Lindwassser’s unique vision in photography uses elements from nature and man. The images are shot at night, without the use of artificial lighting, resulting in vibrant and compelling works.
Although using two totally different media of expression, the viewer will be challenged by the relationship of the visual sensibilities of this father and son.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Stan Lindwasser, a Hoboken based artist, continues to make a noteworthy impact on the art scene in the NYC Metropolitan area.
Mike Lindwasser, a native of Hoboken, is an emerging young photographer with a significant showing record in NYC and beyond.
