HUDSON COUNTY — Hudson County was pelted with rain and snow for most of Saturday, a rare October storm.
Accweather predicted hazardous road conditions through the night, and Gov. Chris Christie encouraged New Jersey residents to stay inside.
PSE&G reported that more than 150,000 of their customers in the Garden State were without power.
The day was also the 20-year anniversary of the famed “perfect storm” that hit the upper Northeast in 1991.
