Josephine Udenta of Jersey City, President of the Beta Alpha Phi Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and biology major at Hudson County Community College was awarded a scholarship by the Research & Development Council of New Jersey for the 2011-2012 academic year.
