Dear Editor:
Thank you for the review of the Asian fusion restaurant Box, located at 176 Newark Ave. in Jersey City. We have gone to and ordered from Box many times and it is a major upgrade for this cuisine in this neighborhood. Too often Asian food is no more than fast food, and no healthier than fried chicken or burgers. Not so with Box. My wife is a vegetarian and Box is also great for her. The neighborhood should be grateful for Mr. Lau, as his Sawadee restaurant a few blocks away is also excellent. Both places are also very beautiful and relaxing, a welcome change from the often noisy crowds in many restaurants.
