HUDSON COUNTY — The city of Hoboken sent out a text at 2:54 p.m. quoting the Port Authority as saying that the Holland Tunnel was closed for evaluation, due to the recent earthquake. The tunnel was reopened by rush hour. For updates, keep watching hudsonreporter.com.
