Esteban is eight years old, and is a third grade student at Clarendon Elementary school in Secaucus. He has been playing piano since he was four years old. He has just been announced as winning second place in the prestigious New York Music Competition, and will be performing solo in the winners’ concert at Carnegie Hall on Tuesday, April 26, at 8pm. Esteban was also a winner in the American Fine Arts Festival piano competition for 2011. This will be the second time Esteban has performed at Carnegie Hall. In December 2010, he performed with the New York Jazz Academy.
