Mr. and Mrs. David Ciaglia of Bayonne welcomed new son Steven Federico on February 13, 2011, at 9:29 a.m. at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. Baby Steven weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 17 ½ inches long at birth. The new mother is the former Jennifer Serzan. Grandparents are Maryanne and Stanley Serzan of Howell (formerly of Bayonne), and Joan and the late Anthony Ciaglia of Somers, N.Y. The new parents would like to thank Dr. Jacqueline Saitta of the Rubino OB/GYN Group and all the members of the New Jersey Perinatal Associates at St. Barnabas Medical Center.
