Funeral mass was offered July 30 at St. Lawrence R.C. Church, Weehawken, for Stanislaw (Stanley) Dudek, 76. He passed away July 27. He was born in Rzeszow, Poland, and was a longtime resident of Weehawken. He was the owner of Ed and Joe’s Tavern for over 50 years, a place where he loved to work. Stanley was the husband of Krystyna Dudek; father of Andrew Dudek, Lisa Ellerbrock and Richard Dudek; father-in-law of Christine Dudek, Peter Ellerbrock, and Ilene Dudek; and also a grandfather of Sarah, Melissa, Jason, Tyler and Matthew.
