A funeral was held July 28 for Edward J. Searson, 57. He passed away at home suddenly on July 24. Born in Jersey City, Ed was a lifelong resident. A graduate of Hudson Catholic High School (‘71), he had worked for Conrail and N.J. Transit. He later was employed by Citi Cab Co. as a driver. Son of the late Edward and Corinne (nee Curry) Searson, Ed is survived by his children Shannon and Scott Searson, a brother Mickey Mullin, a sister Maureen Mullin and his best friend and companion Nancy Kruchko. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
