UNION CITY — Saturday, July 30 and Sunday, July 31, TLC Rescue and Liberty Humane Society are partnering for another “Cat-Adopt-A-Thon.” All kittens and cats will be vaccinated and spayed or neutered. (Two cats up for adoption won ribbons at the 2011 Garden State Cat Show.) The event will run from noon to four and be held at a dog spa at 3607 Park Ave., Union City.
