HOBOKEN AND BEYOND – The arraignment of ex-Cake Boss cast member Remigio “Remy” Gonzalez on charges of sexually abusing a young girl has been moved from today, June 15, to next Wednesday, June 22, according to a report in The Daily Record of Morristown.
The arraignment was moved one week at the request of Gonzalez’s defense attorney, according to the report.
On April 21, “Remy” was indicted by a Morris County grand jury on 15 counts that allege that he sexually assaulted and endangered the welfare of a 13-year-old girl in Hoboken, East Hanover, and Florham Park between July 1, 2009 and March 8, 2010, according to the report.
The report also states that he has been held in the Morris County jail in lieu of $300,000 bail since his arrest in August 2010.
