Dear Editor:
I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of the amazing people without whom Tuesday’s victory would have been impossible. My family and friends, who have supported me beyond any reasonable expectation; the volunteers who were out there with me day after day knocking on doors and meeting our fellow residents, and especially the voters of Jersey City and the entire 33rd District, who have delivered a clear mandate in favor of myself and the rest of the Democratic ticket.
I’m extremely excited to continue helping to make our neighborhoods the best that they can be. In my new capacity as state Assemblyman, if I am elected in November, I’m ready to go to Trenton and fight for the Democratic values we share and make sure Jersey City and Hudson County are well represented.
Once again, I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who helped make this possible. I promise to work as hard as I can to live up to the faith you have all shown in me and to be a strong new voice in the legislature.
