Mile Square Theatre says Thank You

Dear Editor:
On behalf of Mile Square Theatre and its Board of Trustees, I want to thank all of our supporters who helped make our recent production of “The Garden of Rikki Tikki Tavi” a resounding success. In addition to breaking our own box office records for our 12 public performances, we had another 12 performances presented to school audiences. Schools from Hoboken Public Schools as well as charter and privates schools saw the show and explored the themes of the play with our in-depth study guide. The show garnered positive reviews and we have been invited to bring the production to the Metropolitan Museum of Art next fall as part of the Met’s Concerts and Lectures series. Thanks to all who came to see the show and particularly to our generous financial supporters—The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, Hudson County Cultural Affairs, The Provident Bank Foundation, Beth Mason & Family, Bijou Properties, The Rockefeller Group, and the Monroe Center for the Arts. We hope to see you all back at the theatre in June when we present our 9th Annual “7th Inning Stretch.”
