JERSEY CITY AND BEYOND — The New Jersey 9/11 Memorial Foundation has announced an ‘Empty Sky” Memorial Benefit dinner on Monday, May 9 at 6 p.m. at the Hilton in Short Hills. The memorial, which is being constructed at the northeast tip of Liberty State Park, is a tribute to the 746 New Jersey residents killed on Sept. 11, 2001.
