To my friends and neighbors:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the community of Weehawken for their support and incredible generosity. Although I was not able to attend the fundraiser, I was deeply touched by the stories, photos and videos of that evening.
To all that put their heart and soul into organizing the event, your time and energy will not be forgotten. To each of you that attended and supported me by purchasing tickets, or who made donations, words cannot express my gratitude.
Thank you for all the prayers, support, many expressions of love and encouragement, and for just being there. Thank you to everyone – your generosity and support has made a difference.
I feel truly blessed and honored to have so many wonderful and supportive friends and for being part of a kind and caring community that takes care of each other.
