A funeral mass took place March 17 at St. Anne’s Church, Jersey City, for Enrico Meleo, 80. He passed away March 14 with his family at his side. Enrico was born in Pontecorvo, FR, Italy, and immigrated to Jersey City in 1962. Enrico was proprietor for 40 years of E. Meleo Tile and Marble Contractors, Jersey City. He served as a Bersagliere in the Italian Armed Forces. Enrico was a very grandfather and loved spending time with his four grandsons. Enrico was the husband of 50 years of Palmira; father of John and wife Patricia, Mark and wife Lauren Meleo; nonno of Enrico, Anthony, Marco and Dominic Meleo; and brother of Celestina, Teresa and Maria.
