JERSEY CITY AND BEYOND — Following last week’s announcement that bailed-out financial giant Citigroup will receive $12.3 million in New Jersey taxpayer dollars, area students and activists from the Better Choices for New Jersey coalition will protest in a toungue-in-cheek way. They plan to observe St. Patrick’s Day by delivering a “Pot of Gold” to Citigroup’s Jersey City headquarters this Thursday.
The protest takes place at 480 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 17.
