A funeral mass was offered March 3 at Our Lady of Victories Church, Jersey City, for Catherine E. Cahill ‘Kitty’ (Armstrong), born in Ireland and a resident of Jersey City. She passed away Feb. 27 in Jersey City. She was a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Victories RC Church Eucharistic, minister and lector at Our Lady of Victories for 29 years, and a member of OLV Rosary Society. She was the wife of the late of Martin E.; mother of Michael, Thomas, Mary Dickinson, Pat and the late Christopher Cahill; sister of the late Margaret Armstrong, Josephine Stewart, Nancy Duignan; grandmother of Thomas, Caitlin, and Briana, Patrick, and Aedan; sister-in-law of Kay; and also survived by nieces and a nephew.
