To the Editor:
First of all, I want to thank the gentleman on East Fifth Street between Broadway and Lord Avenue who took the time and went out in the snow and cold and removed the snow in front of my daughter-in-law and son’s house. He also did the house next to them and I want him to know that he is truly a blessing and an angel to these neighbors. Not once did he do it, but every storm he was there blessing everyone.
Now what I want to say also is that so many people in Bayonne were writing in about the angels in the snow that I think the east coast has a city of angels too. So, Los Angeles, watch out! Mayor Mark Smith not only has a city that is the gem of Hudson County, but a “city of angels” also.
As long as we all keep helping our neighbors, I know that God will continue to bless his people here in the City of Bayonne.
