A celebration of the life of Sarah Smith Green Ramsey was held Jan. 21 at the Mt Pisgah AME Church, Jersey City. She passed away Jan. 16. She was the wife of the late Charles Edward Ramsey; aunt of Tyrone, Linda, Hilda Green, and Elaine Walters; godmother of Sheila Jackson; and a whole host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
