Funeral mass was offered Jan. 10 at St Joseph of the Palisades Church for James Cirulli, 89. He passed away Jan. 6. Born in West New York, he was a retired electrician with Local 164 in Jersey City. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was the husband of the late Josephine A.; father of Anton Cirulli, James Cirulli and Joyce Quinn; grandfather of Thomas, Joseph and Kevin; and is also survived by his sister-in-law Grace Ganguzza.
