HOBOKEN AND BEYOND — Fans of Hoboken baker Buddy Valastro, the “Cake Boss,” will be able to watch even more of his exploits later this month on TLC. According to the Daily News today, he will launch a new show Jan. 24 in which he cooks Italian meals. The show will be filmed at a New York City studio rather than at his Hoboken bakery.
“Kitchen Boss,” will run for a half hour and appear daily.
The Daily News article quotes him as saying, “The main focus is accessibility. I want food that takes people back to remembering what their grandmother made, or their mother made.”
He’s going to be a busy man!
