Jersey City residents can park in public school lots

JERSEY CITY — The Jersey City Mayor’s Office has been working with the Board of Education to secure parking in school lots for residents if they are not able to find parking on their block and/or if their street is being plowed.
Starting Wednesday evening at 5 p.m., residents will be able to park in the following lots:
– Dickinson High School – 2 Palisade Avenue
– Lincoln High School – 60 Crescent Avenue
– Ferris High School – 35 Colgate Street (lot underneath NJ Turnpike)
– P.S. 9 – Off Columbus Drive by Brunswick Street
– P.S. 11 – 886 Bergen Avenue
– P.S. 40 – 88 Gates Avenue
Thursday, residents will be able to park in the following lots:
– P.S. 7 – 222 Laidlaw Avenue
– P.S. 41 – 59 Wilkinson Avenue
