HOBOKEN – Young children from the Hoboken Housing Authority (HHA) celebrated a holiday party at 221 Adams St. on Tuesday, Dec. 21.
Children received gifts appropriate for their age, and enjoyed pizza and cupcakes. The toys were courtesy of the Hoboken Housing Authority and the Jaycees, a non-profit organization. The event was organized by the tenant association and employees at the Housing Authority, according to a release.
“Celebrating the holidays with our youngest residents gives me such joy,” said HHA Executive Director Carmelo Garcia in a press release.
The event included a singing contest, where the children sang tunes such as Jingle Bells, and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
