A funeral service was held Nov. 30 at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Jersey City, for Jessie James LoveLace Sr. He passed away Nov. 25 at the Jersey City Medical Center. He was the husband of Katie LoveLace; father of Corey, William, Jessie J. LoveLace Jr., Wendell, Richard, and Len McKiver; and brother of Richard LoveLace Jr., Vernell Brown, Earlie LoveLace, Verlie Sweeney, Mary Reid, Willie Henry, Mable Singh, Jannette Nyack, Barbara Ann Jones, Sherlean Bershir. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; and other relatives and friends. Services arranged by the Watson Mortuary Service, Jersey City.
