Funeral services were held in Florida for William V. Brady, 92, of Vero Beach. He passed away Nov. 13. Born in New York City, he moved to Florida in 1986, and was formerly of North Bergen for 60 years. He served in the Army in World War II and received a Purple Heart. He was a realtor and owner of the Brady Real Estate Agency in North Bergen, a former North Bergen Township Clerk as well as the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation from 1971-1979. He was the husband of 62 years to Catherine Brady; father of Linda Pepe and her husband John Pepe of Oradell; grandfather of Laura Rupp and her husband William of River Edge, and Brian Pepe and his wife Kelly of Hoboken, and also survived by a great granddaughter, Margaret Pepe. Services arranged by the Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen.
